Tsugaru Tanikawa AijogyuTry "Sukiyaki" or steak using the local brand beef "Tsugaru Tanikawa Aijogyu." You can have it all season only at Azumashiya. Tsugaru Tanikawa Aijogyu (produced in Hirakawa City) is beef from Tanikawa farm (Kiriake, Hirakawa City, Aomori), which is a 15 minute drive from our facility. The beef is a crossbreed between the Holstein and Japanese black beef called "Tsugaru Tanikawa gyu", and are raised in the cool climate of the Hakkoda mountain ranges drinking clear water. The origins of our beef is easily traceable, and rarely found in the market; it is a domestic beef that is safe and delicious, and we recommend it with pride.
